Director General Inter-Services Public Relations Lt General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said that Pakistan has not launched any attack on Indian military installations and challenged India to present evidence of any rocket or drone attacks.
DG ISPR made the remarks while speaking to journalists from the International media on Friday. He was accompanied by Deputy Chief of the Air Staff (Operations) Air Vice Marshal Aurangzeb Ahmed and Deputy Chief of Naval Staff Operations, Rear Admiral Raja Rab Nawaz.
DG ISPR assailed the Indian media for running fabricated stories of attacks on Pakistani cities. He added that 33 Pakistani civilians have been martyred in Indian attacks so far and 62 injured. He added that while some soldiers have been injured not a single armed forces official has been martyred so far.
He added that Pakistan has not attacked military installations in India so far, but would do so at a time and place of its choosing. He challenged India to present any evidence or electronic signatures of the Pakistan’s missiles or drones as evidence.
‘If you are so fond of Pakistan firing at you, we will fulfil your demand at a time, place and means of our choosing,” he said.
He also showed photos of martyred Pakistani children and said that the visuals should be remembered when Pakistan chooses to respond.
Air Vice Marshal Aurangzeb Ahmed briefed the journalists on how five Indian jets and and a UAV were shot down by the PAF on May 6 and 7, including three Rafales. He also showed where each Indian jet had taken off and where it was shot down.
