The suicide bomber arrested from Lahore on March 14 has made major revelations about his training and facilitation.

The suicide bomber, Shamsullah, has revealed that he was trained by Jamaat-ul-Ahrar commanders Suleman and Qasim Khorasani in Afghanistan. Qasim is also reported to be the mastermind behind the Police Lines attack in Peshawar.

The CTD also confiscated 2735 grams of explosives, 19 detonators, 35 feet of safety fuse wire, and two IED bombs. Additional materials recovered included pamphlets, magazines, and cash belonging to banned organizations.
