The repatriation process began on Friday with families from Tarkho village. Authorities emphasized that the return of families from other affected areas will be conducted in a phased and organized manner, ensuring security clearance for each location before residents are allowed to return.
The district administration praised the patience and resilience of the affected communities and assured them of continued government support and protection. Member Provincial Assembly and District Development Advisory Committee (DDAC) Chairman Dr. Hameedur Rehman confirmed the safety of the return. The government is committed to ensuring a dignified, safe, and timely return for all displaced families
