Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, along with the top military and civil leadership, addressed pilots and soldiers at Kamra airbase on Thursday.
The PM also said in his statement that Pakistan has shot down a total of six aircraft of India. “After taking all the details, now I can confirm that Pakistan has shot down six aircraft of India,” he said. He also said that the enemy rejected our offer for peace, and in response, they attacked our innocent children.
He appreciated the soldiers and pilots and congratulated them for their victory. Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Minister for Defence Khawaja Asif, Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar Sidhu, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf Wazeer, Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal and Minister for Information Ataullah Tarrar were also present at the ceremony.
