Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the family of Ali Haider, the sole breadwinner for his eight sisters, who was killed in a recent Indian drone attack in Rawalpindi.
Haider, a resident of Lahore’s Kachha Jail Road area, earned a living selling cheeseburgers outside the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
Minister Naqvi expressed his deepest condolences to Haider’s parents, Muhammad Aslam and his wife, and other family members. He offered them condolences and support, assuring them of the government’s commitment to caring for the family.
The minister also met with Haider’s cousin, Manzoor Faisal, who was injured in the same attack, inquiring about his well-being.
Naqvi also instructed that Haider’s other injured cousin, Tauqeer Abbas, who is receiving treatment at Holy Family Hospital in Rawalpindi, receive the best possible medical care.
