Jordan’s King Abdullah II to Elevate Ties with Pakistan in Landmark November Visit

According to a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan will undertake an official visit to Pakistan from November 15 to 16, 2025, at the invitation of Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mr. Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.

​The high-level visit reflects the long-standing fraternal relations between Pakistan and Jordan. Its primary objective is to further consolidate the strategic direction of the two nations’ ties, elevating them to a comprehensive and broad-based partnership across the political, economic, and cultural spheres.

​ Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein is scheduled to hold important meetings with the President and the Prime Minister of Pakistan. These meetings will cover a detailed discussion on the complete spectrum of bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries.
​The MoFA also announced that a special Investiture Ceremony will be held at the Presidency, where the King will be conferred with Pakistan’s highest civil award.

​This visit by King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein is expected to further consolidate the enduring relationship between Pakistan and Jordan and will play a vital role in enhancing the scope and spectrum of bilateral cooperation between the two brotherly states.
