A joint operation involving Bannu police, the Pakistan Army, and the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) is underway in the Nurar area of Bannu district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The operation, based on intelligence reports, has resulted in a significant security presence throughout the region.
