Four Men Kidnapped in Kulachi as Police Launch Major Search Operation

A major security incident occurred in the troubled tehsil of Kulachi in Dera Ismail Khan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where unidentified armed men kidnapped four people who were returning after supplying diesel to mobile phone towers. The kidnappers also took away their vehicle.

According to details, the abducted individuals have been identified as Wajid, Irfan, Waqar, and Imran. The four men were on their way back after delivering diesel to the towers when unknown gunmen intercepted them in the outskirts of Kulachi and took them away along with their car.

So far, there has been no information about the abductees, and no group or organization has claimed responsibility for the incident.

Police Launch Major Search and Strike Operation in Kulachi

Soon after the incident, Dera Ismail Khan police launched a large-scale search and strike operation in the Kulachi area under the supervision of SP (Sadar Division) Muhammad Nawab Khan.

The operation was carried out on the orders of District Police Officer (DPO) Dera Sajad Ahmad Sahibzada and included SDPO Kulachi Aslam Khan Baloch, SHO Bashir Ahmad, and other police personnel. The police raided hideouts of criminals and wanted suspects in different areas under the Kulachi and Hathala police stations.

During the search operation, around 10 suspects were taken into custody, and dozens of houses were checked and cleared. According to the spokesperson of Dera Ismail Khan police, the purpose of the operation is to restore peace and order in the area and to eliminate criminal elements.
