Balochistan Police Bust Criminal Network, Arrest 35, Seize Weapons and Drugs

Balochistan Police have arrested 35 suspects involved in various crimes across the province during targeted operations. A large quantity of illegal weapons, ammunition, and drugs was also recovered from the suspects, officials said.

According to the police, the seized weapons included 28 pistols and revolvers, six submachine guns (SMGs), eight rifles and shotguns, along with 708 rounds of ammunition and 36 magazines.

Anti-Drug Operations

During anti-narcotics operations, police registered 28 cases and arrested 26 suspects. Authorities recovered 3,470 kilograms of hashish, 20 grams of crystal meth (ice), five kilograms of cannabis, 2,397 bottles of liquor, and 3,461 cans of beer.

Province-Wide Targeted Operations

The operations were conducted in different districts to arrest wanted and proclaimed offenders, absconders, motorcycle thieves, snatchers, drug dealers, and individuals in possession of illegal weapons. Police also took into custody suspects involved in murder cases.

During the operations, authorities recovered three stolen or snatched vehicles, 27 mobile phones, and seized 32 motorcycles.

Across the province, police rescued nine abducted individuals and arrested 17 proclaimed offenders and 126 absconders. Additionally, six motorcycles, 1,265 liters of diesel, and 1,020 liters of Iranian petrol were also recovered.
