​Strict restrictions have been imposed in certain areas of Upper South Waziristan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province starting on October 1st. The restriction will be in effect from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

​During this period, all types of movement will be completely banned in the affected areas.

​According to the administration, all bazaars and markets will remain closed.

​Movement on the following roads is strictly prohibited:

​Route 1: From Asman Manza to Badar Bridge.

​Route 2: From Ladha to Badar Bridge.

​Guidelines for the General Public

​People are advised to remain indoors and cooperate with the administration.

​Travel on the restricted routes is only permitted in cases of extreme emergency.

​For travel, it is necessary to obtain permission from the police or security forces and to show one’s national identification card (CNIC).
