Curfew has been imposed in sixteen areas of Bajaur district for three days in view of targeted operations against terrorists in the areas.

Residents of these sixteen areas in Bajaur District have been urged to remain indoors from 5:00 AM on July 29, 2025, to 5:00 PM on July 31, 2025. The request comes in anticipation of targeted counter-terrorism operations in the region.

The affected areas are: Badsiah, Tarkhu, Iraab, Gat, Agarah, Khorchai, Dawagayi, Kalan, Laghari, Katkot, Gilai, Nikhtar, Zarei, Dambrai, Amanta, and Zagai.

Authorities have emphasized that residents should avoid going outside during this period to prevent any unforeseen incidents. Any harm incurred during this time will be the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.
