Unknown individuals attacked a main gas pipeline supplying gas from the Bettani Oil Field to Punjab in the Wanda Amir area of Lakki Marwat, using explosives.

The blast, which occurred within the limits of the Saddar Police Station, disrupted gas supplies to the region.Security forces have cordoned off the area and launched an investigation following the incident.

This marks the third such attack on a gas pipeline in the past month, raising concerns about energy security and overall safety.

Authorities stated that damage assessment and repair work will begin soon, and security measures to protect the pipeline are being strengthened.
